(i) Disguised Unemployment :

A situation in which more persons are employed on a job than are optimally required.

If a part of the labour force is withdrawn and the total production remains unchanged, this withdrawn labour will be known as disguised unemployed labour.

(ii) Seasonal Unemployment :

Unemployment caused by the fact that certain activities can be pursued only during specified periods,

e.g : The demand for agricultural labour increases at the time of sowing and harvesting. During the interval between sowing and harvesting, there is a fall in employment. It is also found in seasonal industries like ice factories.

(iii) Structural Unemployment :

Unemployment caused by the fact that the economy fails to generate enough jobs. It is the result ofthe backwardness and low rate of economic development of a country. It is generally witnessed in the underdeveloped countries,

e.g., A change of energy use from coal to electric power is bound to curtail coal mining activity and cause unemployment there.

(iv) educated unemployment

when the educated person doesn't have the right job for himself because of lack of employment opportunities, it is educated unemployment. Among the educated people, apart from open unemployment, many are underemployed because their qualification does not match the job.

Faulty education system, mass output, preference for white collar jobs, lack of employable skills and dwindling formal salaried jobs are mainly responsible for unemployment among educated youths in India. Educated unemployment may be either open or underemployment.

( 1 ). Disguised unemployment :- it's a condition of unemployment when more labour is working on a piece of land but field wants few of them. In this unemployment the extra labour which worked on the field are not needed and they want the distribution of the money from them who is really wanted by the land this led to the low wages of labour and disguised unemployment.

( 2 ) . seasonal :- The farmers and labours come in this category because they have only few months to work whenever they have to do the agricultural practice and for other months they are free and produces seasonal unemployment.

( 3 ). educated unemployment :- some of the educated person of the country can't get there stable job due to lack of vacancies .. also they not do any poor job due to there pride on his education and investments so they led educational unemployment.
