The right to freedom includes freedom of speech and expression, assembly, association or union and cooperatives, movement, residence and right to practise any profession and occupation.
3.Right to exploitation:
The right against exploitation prohibits all forms of forced labour, child labour traffiking of human beings. Childern under 14 are not allowed to work.
4.Right to constitutional remedies:
The right to constitutional remedies is present for enforcement of fundamental rights.
