The four ways in which winter season affects our lives are as follows;

1. Blood vessels usually contract during colder weather, which pushes the human body to the risk of higher blood pressure in winters.

2. During winter eyes usually dries up which can cause burning, itching, a sensation of grittiness. This indicates the condition in which the eyes don't produce sufficient tears or the appropriate quality of tears.

3. Exhaling cold air in winters quickly through the mouth, such as when moving or playing outside has been identified to trigger lung contractions.

4. During cold winters barometric pressure also falls and as the atmospheric changes during winters can be so powerful, it can lead to sinus issues and migraines.
