heya friend,
here is your answer.

Poverty means someone is not even able to meet thier daily and basic needs. India have more poor people than any other country in the world. There are widespread poverty in India. they are :

●Unemployment : Unemployment is the main cause of poverty in India. It is found in India more cause India have a very high lack of education which is now developing. Unemployment results in no money. Without money, people can't even meet thier basic needs and leads to poverty.
There are mainly 2 types of unemployement. :
1.Disguised unemployement.
2.seasonal unemployment.
ways to remove unemployment is to provide good education, health and oppurtunities.

●Infliation : Infliation is the situation where prices of goods rose phenomenally high. When prices rise, the salary could not keep Pac with those prices and this leads to poverty. usually, Infliation occurs when there is low agricultural production or any crisis.

●Many other socio-cultural and economic factors also are responsible for poverty. in order to fulfill social obligations and observe religious ceremonies, people in India, including the very poor, spend a lot of money. Small farmers need money to buy agricultural inputs like seeds, fertilizers etc.. since, poor people hardly have any savings, they borrow. Unable to repay because of poverty, they became victims of indebtedness. so, the high level of indebtedness is both th cause and effect of poverty.

Hope it helps.
