• The people gets to make all choices and can change the choice of government if they are not satisfied with the choice of the government
• The main power is held with the people of the country

• The people do not have power to elect there leaders and can not change there leaders if they are not satisfied
• The government / the Monarch has all the power to make choices and the freedom of this is not with the people
• The main power of the system lies with the government / the monarch
