✡Human resource mainly needs education and health so as to start its formation. Physical capital is the quality and quantity of raw material, tools and money needed to start its formation.

✡When the existing 'human resource' is further developed by becoming more educated and healthy, we call it human capital formation that adds to the productivity power of the country just like physical capital formation .
