The various ways involved :

Crop rotation

It is the method of growing crops alternately on same land is known as crop rotation.

• Farmer has variety of crops for selling

Legumes which include pea, beans, grams and pulses are grown in first season wheat next to it.  

The leguminous crops use  different nutrients from the soil and in turn  fixes atmospheric nitrogen.Due to this it makes the soil rich in nitrogen and that leads to enrichment of soil .

Multiple  cropping

It is the method of growing two or more types of crops in same field in definite rows .
