Liberty of the citizens was one such major example and feature of the Constitution of France.
Equality of both the genders was given importance.
There were probably no laws which showed the differentiation among the people.

Three features of constitution of France drafted in 1791 are-
1) The power of the monarch was limited and assigned and divided between to the judiciary, legislative and the executive.
2) The men of above 25 years who paid equal taxes equal to three day's wage of a labourer were considered as active citizens. They were given the right to vote.
3) All other left men, all women and children were considered as passive citizens. The women were not given equal rights and were not allowed to vote.
