✍️ There are more than one level of Government. In India, we have Central level of government, state level of government and local government bodies in form of panchayat and municipalities. 

✍️ The Constitution cannot be unilaterally changed by any level of the government. First,it should pass through both the houses of parliament. 

✍️ The courts have the power to interpret the Constitution.

✍️ Different levels of government have different powers and sources of revenue . 

✍️ Different levels of government has seperate jurisdictions.

♦Though the word "Federal" has not been used in Indian Constitution anywhere.

♦Since, we follow the features of federal government, so India has a federal government.
