Dalton's atomic theory:-
1. A matter is made of atoms which are indivisible and indestructible.
2. All the atoms of a given element have identical properties.
3. Atom cn neither be created nor be destroyed in chemical reactions.
4. Chemical reactions are due to combination or separation or rearrangement of atoms.
5. Compounds are formed by the combination of atoms in a simple whole number ratio.
