The treaty was guilty. According to this treaty Germany had to:

1. Accept the sole responsibility of causes of the World War.

2. Bear all the damages that caused to the Allied Powers.

3. Pay 6 billion pounds to the Allied Powers as compensation.

Germany was also compelled to yield the control of:

* Its overseas colonies.

* 1/10 of its population.

* 13% of its tributary.

* 75% of its iron produce.

* 26% of its coal produce.
