Explain any three measures for promote of sustainable development

Sustainable development may be defined as development that meets the needs of the present generatin without compromising the abiligty of the future generations to meet their own needs.

FEATURES:-

-- Resources need to be used wisely so that they can be replenished.For example if trees are cut they should also be re-planted and allowed to grow.

--Overuse of resources whish exhaust them, for Eg. petroleum. If it is used indiscrminately, it will soon get finshed and future generations will have none left.

--if development is not sustainable,it will give rise to environmental degradation and become a global problem

1. Increase use of renewable resource.  

2. Less use of fossil fuels.

3. Introduction of organic farming.  

4. Adopting measure to reduce global warming.
