1.The sediments that are on surface I.e plants and trees that were above the water gets decomposed within a period of time unless it gets cleaned.
2.The plants and other organisms that are deposited under the water makes the aquatic life difficult. Especially for the breeding of fishes.
3.Nowadays,Dams gets broken up easily due to its worst maintenance,not been cleaned properly which may malfunction during any natural calamity.
