The 7Cs of communication are -

  1. Clarity
  2. Completeness
  3. Conciseness
  4. Concreteness
  5. Correctness
  6. Courtesy
  7. Consider

1. Clarity - While communicating with each other the messages delivered must be clear enough so that the other person can understand the message. Use of concrete and appropriate words.

2. Complete - The particular principle denotes whether the given information about a particular message is complete and nothing is left out regarding the message. Complete information about the product may result into better understanding of the user.

Communication: is a way to to exchange or sharing of ideas, thoughts, feelings and information from one person to another. 7C's of communication are:

1) Completeness

2) Courtesy

3) Clarity

4) Correctness

5) Conciseness

6) Concreteness

7) Consideration

Explanation:

Conciseness : For the effective communication message should be concise. It means message should be convey in least possible words and convey relevant words. It is a both time saving and cost saving.

Correctness: Whatever message we convey it should be correct. It means all the facts,words, language and information of message must be accurate.
