OK So here are your two applications of Eddy currents -
1) Induction frame - Strong Eddy currents can produce intense heat, sufficient to melt metals. This is made use of in an induction furnance to make alloys of different metals in vacuum or to purify single-crystal bars of a semiconductor.
2)Electric brakes - When a conducting sheet is pushed into a magnetic field, or pulled out, very quickly, the interaction between the Eddy currents in the moving conductor and the field is such as to ret ard the motion. This property of Eddy currents is used as method of braking in two-wheelers.

Hey !
______________________________
=> Induction fame
The heat used to melt very high density objects as rods in factories this technique is used by them.
=> Electric brakes
Electric brakes used in machinery. As in motorcycles. The same technique is used for cycles brakes to pull the wire and to stop the tyres.
