There different organs in India which ensures food security like for example,

USAID: It provides the agricultural sector with the required technology which  helps in production of quality goods and services hence enhancing food security and its availability.

There is also an agency like Economic growth and trade where this agency ensure for the smooth running of economics materials in terms of financial support and economic growth techniques like providing subsidies f and loans to develop economics and trade sectors.
