Salting: The simple method of salting will take water our from the food and also stop bacterial growth. There are tow methods of salting: 1) Dry method in which salt is applied to food such as meat and it directly absorbs all the water. 2) Wet Curing in which the salt is dissolved in water and then applied on food.
