The two parts of a Paint Window are The Menu Bar and Ribbon

EXPLANATION:

  • The Menu Bar: This bar has 3 items towards its left and a Help button at the right (extreme). First towards the left is the Paint Button that opens a very broad menu. Most items are easy to understand, however, one, Save as, is very essential if you need to save a cutout sans losing the rest of the picture
  • Ribbon: All tools, the color palette, and majority of the commands are congregated together in the ribbon. The exclusions are Undo, Redo, and Save that are displayed at the left corner of the title bar, in the Quick Access Toolbar. Drop-down arrows below every item give access to all things in their menus. But you use a very large window, you would have several more menu items shown.
