Three different reasons why particular group or community may be marginalised :
1. Economic factors- Economic background of people can lead to marginalisation . The poor may be treated badly in comparison to the prosperous.
2. Social factors : Social background of people can lead to marginalisation. The majority can dominate the minority .
3. Political factors : Several political groups can function in a biased way which results in the marginalisation of several groups.
