Binary Fission in Amoeba

This is a type of asexual reproduction in which two daughter cells (or two individuals) are formed from a single parent.

Parent cell becomes elongated.

Nucleus divides first and then the cytoplasm divides.

At the point of fission, constriction appears and deepens to divide the cell into two daughter cells.

In budding , a small part of the body of the hydra grows out as a 'bud' then it detaches from the parent hydra and become a new organism.

Binary fission in amoeba

Amoeba produces by the common asexual reproduction method called binary fission . After replicating its genetic material through mitotic division , the cell divides into two equal sized daughter cell.

Budding in Hydra

budding is a type of asexual reproduction in which a new organism is developed from an outgrowth or bud due to cell division at one particular site . The small bulb like projection coming out from the yeast sale is called a bud.

Organism such as Hydrause regenerative cells for reproduction in the process of budding.
