binomial nomenclature is the process of designing or giving a specific name to a newly discovered species of organisms which is accepted worldwide....there are two types of name that are generic name and specific name for eg in india we call them as housefly ..this is a generic name but when you use this name in any other place of the world it might not be understood by the people of the other country ...but its specific name is musca which is done by binomial nomenclature and whenever you will say musca in any other country too people will understnad that you are talking about housefly....
