then certainly one dear will eat more than one plant .Hence the amount of toxin in one dear will be more than amount of toxin in one plant

similarly a lion will eat more than one dear hence amount of toxin in one lion will be more than that in one dear

so the toxicity increases and is highest in the tertiary consumers.
