The population of different spices occurring in a locality constitute the next higher level of organisation called the community or biotic community. For example in a wheat field, you find along with wheat, plants called weed which grow in the wheat field. In addition different kinds of insects, worms, birds and mammals ( like rat ) are found in the field. The population of all these different spices found in the wheat field or any crop field constitute abiotic community. Members of different population do not have similar requirements of food and shelter for through they live in the same area....
