The blood is supplied with oxygen in the lungs. Then it is passed on to the heart by the pulmonary vein. The heart contracts and pump the blood to the capillaries in the whole body through the main artery (aorta). Then oxygen is given to the organs and Carbon Dioxide is taken away. The deoxygenated blood is then passed back to the heart via main vein (vena cava). The heart pumps the deoxygenated blood back to the lungs through pulmonary artery. The lungs take away the CO2 and provide O2 to the blood and the whole process is repeated again.....
