When you inhale (breathe in), air enters your lungs and oxygen from the air moves from your lungs to your blood. At the same time, carbon dioxide, a waste gas, moves from your blood to the lungs and is exhaled (breathe out). This process is called gas exchange and is essential to life.

from nose to alovile when we breath air the air entre in the nose through nose it goes to wind pipe then it goes to lungs then there is alovile present in the lungs which purifiy the air and it again go to wind pipe then it goes out to nose or mouth in form of co2
