Answer:Critical Angle:Critical angle is defined as the angle of incidence that provides an angle of refraction of 90-degrees.
Critical angle is given by : μ=1/sin c
Where c is the critical angle. Now μ is refractive index which is sin i/sin r.
By snells Law μ=sin i/sin r
Where i and r is angle of incidence and refraction respectively. As colour of light changes wavelength changes. When wavelength changes angle of refraction (r) changes hence sin i/sin r changes hence μ changes and thus critical angle also changes.
