Duties, Powers and Functions of Competition Authorities in India, DG, CCI and COMPAT. (Amendment) Act, 2007, governs competition law in India. Competition Commission of India is the organ which prevents anti-competitive activities, abuse of dominance and anti- competitive combinations.
