Explain briefly : How does Atmosphere govern life on Earth ?

we all know that atmosphere is a blanket of air which surrounds the earth . and without  it we won t able to survive on this mother earth . atmosphere governs the life on earth as it contain mixture of gases such as oxygen , carbon dioxide etc  which help to survive specially oxygen. ozone layer is also a part of it . it protect us from harmful rays coming from the sun  . if this layer brust  we would freeze at night and toasted during days .  so it is very important for us . hence atmosphere governs the life on this mother earth
