Hey There! Ferro-electricity is a characteristic of certain materials that have a spontaneous electric polarization that can be reversed by the application of an external electric field.
Pyro-electricity can be described as the ability of certain materials to generate a temporary voltage when they are heated or cooled.
Piezo-electricity, also called the piezoelectric effect, is the ability of certain materials to generate an AC i.e alternating current voltage when subjected to mechanical stress or vibration, or to vibrate when subjected to an AC voltage, or both.
