Explain briefly the surgical method of family planing in male and female

This involve the cutting of female oviduct or fallopian tube near ampulla i.e. middle part of oviduct process is known as tubectomy . In ampulla fertilisation of egg take place . If no egg transfer reach to ampulla so no fertilisation take place .

In male sperm duct is cut or tied so that no sperm transfer take place in male process is known as vasectomy . If no sperm reach to penis no sperm enter is vagina during coitus . This prevents from fertilisation
