Legislature, Judiciary, & Executive are considered to be the 3 Pillars of our democracy.  All  together comprise what is called “the Check & Balance” wings to keep the Governance of Indian Democracy on even level.

• Legislature is paramount insofar that it consists of duly elected members of the people. It is primarily to take into account law keeping public welfare in mind.
• The executive is the "Cabinet" which is founded on the concept of "principle of joint responsibility" and is regarded as the 'Rulers' who lead the country's destiny.
