Explain briefly why a balloon filled with helium gas rises in air . Why does the balloon rise to particular height above the ground and does not rise further

in the beginning the balloon filled with Helium gas rise in air because weight of air displaced by balloon is more than the weight of balloon and helium gas filled in balloon we know that the density of air and the value of g decrease with height due to it the weight of air decrease at greater height and become equal to helium gas due to which the balloon rise to a particular height and does not rise further.
