C-12 has 6 neutrons in its atomic nuclei and lighter in mass
C-14 has 8 neutrons in its atomic nuclei and is a radioactive isotope of Carbon.
C-13 has 6 protons and 7 neutrons. It is an environmental isotope hence concludes 1.1% of total carbon isotopes present on Earth.
