HERE UR ANSWER.
Cheques Deposit into Bank are recorded in the bank column on the receipt ,debit side of the cash book on the date of deposit .But bank credit the account holder account when it has receive the payment from the other bank ,then check have been cleared .Thus,there is a gap of few days between the deposit of cheque and credit given by the bank . Therefore,difference will arrive on a particular date in the bank balance as per the cash book and the bank statement .
