this all are the separation method .
in chromatography , it is for separation on the basis of absorption on chromatography paper.

in centrifugation , it is for separation on the basis of density of object .

in fractional distillation , it is for separation of mixture of many micible thing

Hi,

Let me explain you these concepts in a simple way,

Chromatography - It is the process of separation of components of a mixture used for separation of solution that is dissolved in the same solvent

Example - Colours in a dye, drugs (medicines)from blood

__________________________________________________________

Centrifugation - It is a process where the solution is spun quickly in a machine which results in denser particles to stay at the bottom and the light of particles to stay at the top.

Example - Cream from milk

__________________________________________________________

Fractional Distillation  - It is used to separate mixture of two or more miscible (two or more liquids mix together ) liquids the difference in the boiling point should be less than 25 Kelvin .

Example - Fractional distillation of Petroleum
