During election campaigning there are some restrictions given by the supreme court called the code os conduct :
1 . They cannot use any place of worship for election propoganda .
2 . The cannot use government vehicles , aircrafts or official during the election campaigning .
3 . Once the elections are announced the existing ministers can not lay the foundation stone for any projects , the cannot make any major policy decisions and they cannot promise free facilities to the public .
