Colour Blindness :-

The inheritance of colour Blindness is alike as haemophilia but it is not a Lethal disease so it is found in male and female (discovered by Horner).

Three types of Blindness are :-

  • Protanopia - It is for red colour
  • Deuternopia - It is for green colour
  • Tritanopia - It is for colour Blindness. Colour Blindness is checked by ishihara- chart

IT'S THE SITUATION OR THE CONDITION IN WHICH ABILITY TO SEE THE DEFERENCES AMONG THE COLORS IS REDUCED OR DECREASED. THIS KIND OF DISEASE ARE MOSTLY GENETIC

HOWEVER, THERE ARE SEVERAL TYPES OF COLOR BLINDNESS AS IDENTIFIED BY THE DOCTOR'S AND THEY ARE:-

  • Red-green color blindness
  • blue-yellow color blindness, called Tritanomaly/Tritanopia
