When more than one sentences are combine together with the help of conjunction, it is called combined sentence.
Examples:
1) Either my mother or my sister bought this DVD player.
2) Neither I nor he come by bus.
3) Joan went to the movies, but Phil stayed home with the children.
4) Before I drove home from work, I realized that my car was out of gas.
5) Nisha and Priya sing well.
