Answer:

commutative property under addition in integers means that if we will change the side or replace their place the sum will remain same

for example:- a+b=b+a

(consider that a=3 , b=5)

so, 3+5=5+3

8=8

LHS = RHS , that means they have same sum it doesn't matter to change their place.
