Generally there are two types of coordination or movements in plants
√ One dependent on growth
√Independent of growth.

The directional movement of a seedling is caused by growth. If it is prevented from growing it will not show any movement.

√Example= "chhui-mui" Touch me not plant of mimosa family, they begin to fold up and droop.

Hope it helps

Cheers if yes!! :-)
