In this, the cytoplasm moves in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions around many smaller vacu­oles. The movement is mediated by motor proteins. In this, the motor proteins, microfilament or microtubule move organelles and other molecules through the cytoplasm. Myosin molecules attached to organelles move with actin fibres and sweep cytoplasmic contents in the same direction.
