The description about cyclosis is as follows:

Explanation:

  • Cyclosis is a process of streaming of cytoplasm within the cell membrane.
  • In plants this can be observed as rotatory cytoplasmic movement which are limited by the peripheral parts of the cell wall.
  • This motion allows the movement of the materials to all the parts of the cell like nutrients, water and oxygen.
  • The cyclosis process cannot be observed in Eubacteria because the cytoplasm is more gel like in appearance this will provide viscosity hence, prevent the smooth movement of materials.
