There can be 'Production Departments' and 'Service Departments'  For Eg, In a shirt Manufacturing Company, there can be various Departments like this. Production Departments :  1)Cutting Department :where cloth is being cut  2) Stitching Department : where shirts are stitched 3) Packing Deparyment : Where shirts are packed in proper manner.  Service Departments : 1) Canteen 2) Repairs and Maintenance Department 3) Research and Development Etc..
