=> X^3 – 3X – 3X^2 + 1 = 0

=>X^3 + 1– 3X – 3X^2 = 0

=>(X^3 + 1) – (3X + 3X^2) = 0

=>(X+1)(X^2 – X + 1) – 3X(1+X) = 0

=>(X+1)( X^2 – 4X + 1) = 0

=>(X+1)( X^2 – 4X + 4-3) = 0

=>(X+1)[( X– 2)^2 - 3)] = 0

(X+1)[( X – 2) + √3)( ( X – 2) - √3)] = 0

▶Hence X = -1 or (2 - √3) or (2 + √3).
