Around the time of implantation, the embryo becomes divided into germ layers. A germ layer is a collection of cells that determine which cells within the embryo will eventually develop into particular organs and tissues. There are three germ layers: ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm.

\textbf{Development in/of embryo }:

When zygote forms by fertilisation of sperm and egg, it divides repeatedly to give rise to a ball of cells.

The cells then begin to form groups.

These groups then give rise to different tissues and organs of the body.

This forms embryo, which then get embedded into wall of the uterus.

This their continues to develop, and develops body parts -hands, legs, head, eyes, ears etc.

The foetus then forms, which when get fully developed, the mother gives birth to the baby.
