Volatile memory:-
Volatile memory is also known as Rom i.e. Read only memory.
It's stores the initial program to start a computer.
Volatile memory is permanent.
Volatile memory have types:-
Masked Rom
PROM
EPROM
EEPROM ETC.
Non- Volatile Memory:-
It is also known as Ram i.e. Random
Access Memory.
Non- Volatile Memory is temporary.
It's stores applications programs
Volatile Memory have types:-
SRAM
DRAM
SDRAM
DDR etc.
