Natural methods include: periodic abstinence,coitus interruptus,lacatational ammenorrhea.
Barrier methods include: condoms,cervical caps,diaphragms,vaults,spermicidal creams jellies and foams.
Inta Uterine Devices include:non-medicated IUD's like Lippes loop, copper-releasing IUD;s like CuT,Cu7, Multiload 375.
Oral contraceptives
Injections and implants
Surgical methods which include vasectomy and tubectomy.

Various methods of Contraception are :-


\textbf{Mechanical barrier methods :}

In this physical devices are condoms are used to avoid the entry of semen in vagina. Women can also apply cap on cervix to stop the entry of semen. Loop or Copper-T are also used to prevent pregnancy.



\textbf{Chemical method :}

This method is only for women's. In this they are advised to take vaginal pills and oral pills.


\textbf{Surgical method :}

In this Fallopian tube of female is cut by surgery. This method is known as Tubectomy.

And in males Vas-deference is cut by surgery. This method is known as Vasectomy.
