The term development itself is different for different people in this world. Hence, their goals for development as well differ from person to person.

For Example :

A sports person might want to develop by improving his physical fitness and his goals accordingly will be related to them. Whereas a scientist want to improve his knowledge in the specific domain he is interested to do further research. Hence his goals will be something related to them.

Best part about different people having different interests and thus different goals for development is the reason that we as a world are able to grow and live better. We get to see amazing people in various fields like art, sports, science etc. because of goals for development being different for everyone.

=> to achieve an event
=> to become a successful business man
=> to serve the society/nation
=> to get married to his loved ones
=> to become a doctor/engineer/officer
=> to go to outer space

goals maybe small or big, once they are achieved, the person would be satisfied
