Different parts of human eye are- retina, cornea, iris, lens, ciliary body etc.

The human eye is made up of three layers- sclera, choroid and retina. The sclera is the outermost layer which is made up of dense connective tissue. Choroid is the middle bluish layer in which blood vessels are present. Retina is the innermost layer of the eye. Cornea is the front part of sclera. It is protective in function. It helps us to see clearly by focussing the light rays fall on it. There are no blood vessels in the cornea.

The human eye ball contains lens, aqueous humor, vitreous humor, iris and ciliary body. Aqueous humor is a thin and watery fluid present in.aqueous chamber. Aqueous chamber is present in between the cornea and lens. Vitreous humor is a transparent gel which is present in vitreous chamber. It is present in between the retina and lens.

In human eye, transparent convex lens are present. It is attached to the ciliary body. The ciliary body is formed from the choroid layer of the eye. It continues forward and then develops into a structure called iris. Iris is a pigmented and opaque structure which is visible part of the eye.

The human eye ball encloses lens but not optic nerve and cornea.
