There are many kinds of natural hazards which exist in our environment and causes a lot of destruction.

Similarly,flood is one of the most dangerous natural hazard where water overflow causes destruction in the land region near different water bodies.

There are three main types of flood:

1) Coastal flood mainly occurs in the coastal regions.

2) Fluvial flood mainly occurs in the rivirine regions.

3) Pluvial flood mainly occurs in the land regions.
